私の現在の推測。岡崎でも数年前にロボットが来て止まる不具合が起きた。その際に/robots.txtを置き、Oracleのメモリを増やして？セッション数制限を緩和した。こういった対処は日々場当たり的に行われている「調整」で、後任に伝えられることはなかった。… #librahack
